WNS oil/gas steam boiler is a horizontal fast-loading internal combustion three-way fire-tube boiler, which is a series of mature products of Hana boiler, with optimized configuration and advanced technical indicators. The WNS oil/gas steam boiler is equipped with an industrial burner with good technical performance; The front and rear smoke box covers are used to make the boiler easy to overhaul.

Note:

1. The fuel consumption in the table is calculated based on the low calorific value of light oil at 42700 kJ/kg (10253 kcal/kg) and the low calorific value of natural gas at 35588 kJ/Nm3 (8500 kcal/Nm3).

2. Heavy oil, liquefied petroleum gas, and city gas are also suitable for this furnace type.

• The WNS type fuel/gas steam boiler is a horizontal fast loading internal combustion three return fire tube boiler. Adopting a biased furnace bladder wet back structure, high-temperature flue gas sequentially flushes the second and third return flue pipes, and then is discharged into the atmosphere through the chimney from the rear flue chamber. The boiler has sufficient heat supply: the heating surface of the boiler is designed and configured according to high standards, fully absorbing effective heat, with low exhaust gas temperature and small heat loss, ensuring sufficient output and high efficiency. The boiler is equipped with movable front and rear smoke box covers, making boiler maintenance convenient.
