The WNS type fuel/gas steam boiler is a horizontal fast loading internal combustion three return fire tube boiler. Adopting a biased furnace bladder wet back structure, high-temperature flue gas sequentially flushes the second and third return flue pipes, and then is discharged into the atmosphere through the chimney from the rear flue chamber. The boiler has sufficient heat supply: the heating surface of the boiler is designed and configured according to high standards, fully absorbing effective heat, with low exhaust gas temperature and small heat loss, ensuring sufficient output and high efficiency. The boiler is equipped with movable front and rear smoke box covers, making boiler maintenance convenient.

II. Structure and Working Principle
It adopts a three-pass, full wet-back structure:
First Pass (Radiant Heat Transfer) | Fuel is atomized by the burner and burns in the corrugated furnace, with the flame directly heating the furnace wall |
Second Pass (Convective Heat Transfer) | High-temperature flue gas turns through the combustion chamber and enters the threaded smoke tubes to enhance heat exchange |
Third Pass (Convective Heat Transfer) | The flue gas turns again through the front smoke box, enters the plain tube bundle for further cooling, and is then discharged |
