   Product Introduction   

The SZS type oil/gas-fired boiler designed and produced by Huading Boiler adopts staged combustion and FGR flue gas recirculation technology, which is the cutting-edge technology in the field of combustion currently. An energy-saving condenser is arranged at the tail of the boiler, which can effectively reduce the exhaust gas temperature and improve the boiler thermal efficiency.    Structural Features & Advantages   

1. The main body of the SZS series boiler adopts a double-drum, vertical, chamber-fired D-type layout structure, with the furnace on the right and the convection tube bundle on the left. It is fixed on the main body chassis through the movable supports in the middle and at both ends of the lower drum, ensuring that the whole boiler expands towards both ends. The around of the furnace are narrow-pitch tube membrane water walls, and the membrane water wall on the left side of the furnace completely seals and separates the furnace from the convection tube bundle. The rear part of the convection tube bundle area is a sparse staggered structure. The front part of the boiler is in an in-line structure. The flue gas generated by combustion in the furnace enters the burnout chamber and the convection tube bundle area from the smoke outlet at the tail of the furnace, then turns from the front left part of the boiler into the spiral finned tube economizer and condenser, and finally enters the flue and is discharged into the atmosphere through the chimney.

2. The furnace water wall and convection flue of the SZS type oil-gas boiler all adopt membrane wall structure, which has good airtightness, high heat absorption rate, and effectively reduces the use and maintenance workload of refractory bricks. The boiler adopts high thermal resistance materials as the thermal insulation layer, with good thermal insulation performance. An energy-saving condenser is arranged at the tail, which can effectively reduce the exhaust gas temperature and ensure high boiler thermal efficiency.
